Our antique inspired Lotus Ming Jar Lamp will lend classic chinoiserie style to well appointed interiors. This reproduction hand painted foot stomped clay lidded jar lamp features a traditional lotus flower design. Carefully crafted with an acrylic base and a hardback flare shade in white. Features real brass hardware with hand-rubbed antique finish, 3-way turn knob switch, and compatible with 150 watts bulb max.

Foot-stomped porcelain is made with a rustic form of clay that is literally mixed together by stomping on the clay. This type of clay is more primitive and less refined, containing minerals and other materials that react with the heat in the kiln and result in beautiful blemishes, marks, cracks, and imperfections. This creates an antiqued, unique finish that is intentional and highly sought after by many designers and collectors.
