We cannot process returns for lighting that has been installed.
We do not accept returns on freight shipped furniture or sale items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds are made to the original form of payment, less original shipping and handling charges.
If you receive a lighting order that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to file a claim.
