Brrrrr! This cold weather has us pining away for a warm, sunny spot alongside the ocean. We are ready to plan our next adventure and cross another amazing destination off our bucket list. On the top of our ever growing list is Cabarita Beach in Australia, where the sun is bright and the temperatures are high. This little paradise is perfectly located midway along Australia's Tweed Coast just north of Byron Bay with the most pristine beaches and of course, plenty of warm sunshine! Known for its incredible surfing, Cabarita Beach is protected by an underdeveloped headland and is a laid back, seaside town. Sounds like perfection to us! A trip to Cabarita wouldn't be complete without a stay at the fabulous Halcyon House, one the very few hotels in the area. It is the quintessential beach hotel with blue and white decor, rattan details and some the most beautiful textiles around. Designer, Anna Spiro of Black & Spiro created the hotel to exude the feeling of a comfortable beach house perfectly outfitted with every necessity. And we can't forget to mention the Halcyon House pool! Striped loungers, palm trees and quaint poolside cafe. We could spend all day here lounging with a fruity cocktail in our hands and soaking up some rays. We can't wait to book our trip to Cabarita Beach and enjoy the warm sunshine.
